Plaintiff Robert Scheick appeals from the judgment entered against him with respect to the claim that his contract was not renewed because of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 623(a)(1), and Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA), Mich. Comp. Laws Ann. § 37.2202(l)(a).
