STOKES, Justice.

The appellees, Albert Owens and thirty-three others, filed this suit on April 9, 1942, against the appellants, the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, a labor organization, hereinafter referred to as the Brotherhood, C. H. Smith, its vice-president, and Texas-New Mexico & Oklahoma Coaches, Inc., hereinafter called the Bus Company, seeking an injunction against the Brotherhood, its officers and agents, particularly C.
