I. INTRODUCTION

This case is before the Court on remand from the Seventh Circuit to resolve what remains of plaintiffs reasonable accommodation and disability based discrimination claims. Nawrot v. CPC Int’l, 277 F.3d 896, 899 (7th Cir.2002).
