Appellant Ruth Rosario brought this suit against the Department of the Army and several individuals, 1 alleging that a two-year campaign of sexual harassment by her co-worker at an Army medical clinic subjected her to a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(l).
