Reversing.
This is the fourth time appellant has been before this court in connection with his right to practice dentistry without being licensed to do so. On February 7, 1927, appellant was enjoined from practicing dentistry in Whitley County, Ky. The validity of that injunction was upheld by this court in Jones v. Commonwealth, 222 Ky. 173, 300 S. W. 346. In May 1934, that judgment was amended by a nunc pro tunc order, duly entered, to enjoin appellant from practicing dentistry anywhere in Kentucky.
