This is a suit upon a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Russell County, Yirginia, on September 23, 1952, against Floyd "Wilkerson of Martel, Tennessee. The principal question is -whether the Floyd Wilkerson served with process in this case is the same Floyd Wilkerson to whom the Secretary of State of Yirginia mailed notice of the suit in Yirginia and against whom the judgment in Yirginia was rendered.

The question arises out of the following unique circumstances :
