Given, Judge:

On a plea of guilty to a complaint in a bastardy proceeding, pending in the Circuit Court of Pleasants County, charging Oliver Anderson with being the father of an illegitimate child, the circuit court of that county, on April .30, 1953, entered an order adjudging Anderson to be the father of the child, and further adjudging that Anderson “do pay to the County Court of Pleasants County for the maintenance, education, and support of the said child, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) on the 1st day of May, 1953, and a like sum on the 1st day of each month ..until the said…
