PIERCE, Chief Judge.

Marianna J. Anthony is the appellant here in an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the offense of manslaughter, entered pursuant to a jury verdict.

Mrs. Anthony was informed against in two counts for the offense of manslaughter involving the death of Kimberly Ann Way, her twelve year old daughter, who was riding as a passenger in a Volkswagen automobile being driven by her mother.
