MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MILLER, District Judge.
This cause is before the court on cross-appeals filed by creditor, the United States Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), and debtor James Luther Stowe from a decision of the bankruptcy court on June 29, 1987 with respect to the IRS’s claim against Mr. Stowe’s assets. The IRS seeks fulfillment of unpaid taxes and delinquencies assessed against the debtor for several tax years.
