MEMORANDUM OPINION

MOTLEY, District Judge.

Defendant Stern Brothers & Co. (Stern Bros.) moves for an order, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff, Lloyd Bush, alleges that Stern Bros, breached a contract in which Stern Bros, agreed to pay Lloyd Bush for financial consulting services concerning municipal housing finance.
