RULING ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

Plaintiffs bring this action alleging violations of the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.; and through 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
