This action is brought under the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968, as amended by the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601, et seq. (“FHAA”), and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12131— 12165 (“ADA”).
