OPINION
FRIEDLANDER, Judge.
Freddie A. Ford appeals his conviction of Speeding,1 a class C infraction. Upon appeal, Ford contends that the court erred in denying his motion to dismiss, which Ford argues was sustainable upon multiple grounds.
We affirm.
On March 23, 1994, Officer Ronald Pritch-ard of the Indiana State Police observed Ford operating his vehicle in excess of the 55 m.p.h. speed limit while travelling northbound on I-465 in Marion County.
