The plaintiff alleges that he became production manager of the defendant corporation pursuant to terms of the contract referred to herein, and that his services resulted in corporate savings “of more than $7,000.00 in the manufacture of wagons and other articles.” For the purpose of testing the sufficiency of the allegations in a complaint, a demurrer ore ienus admits the facts to be as alleged.
