Palmer, who had possession of and used the goods for a time, and two expressmen, who hauled them to the storage ware*-, house, were permitted to testify to the value of the property.. The testimony of Palmer and the .expressmen was confined to a part of the goods; the two latter giving evidence only *362as to common articles, whose condition they observed when hauling them.
