Original proceeding by the Board of County Commissioners of Flathead County upon a petition for declaratory judgment.

This matter has a long and involved history. It arises out of a dispute between the Flathead County Board of County Commissioners and the judges of the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District over funding of the position of Director of Family Court Services in Flathead County.
