MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

I. INTRODUCTION

Before the Court for determination is a Complaint, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), filed by Jane Brzys (“Brzys” or “Plaintiff’) against the debtor George Lubanski (the “Debtor” or the “Defendant”) seeking the nondisehargeability of a debt evidenced by a judgment obtained by Brzys against the Debtor in state court. The said judgment was based on the Debtor's installation of an illegal eavesdropping device in Brzys’ office in violation of Mass.Gen.Laws eh. 272, § 99.
