On December 8, 1926, plaintiffs sold to defendants on executory contract the building, land and personal property used in their baking business in Detroit for the sum of $46,500, of which $5,000 was paid in cash and an additional $5,000 by conveyance of other property. The balance was payable at the rate of $365 per month, including interest, with an additional sum of $1,000 each and every year from the date of the contract.
