Plaintiff Dealers Supply Company, Inc. (“Dealers”), a North Carolina corporation, brings this action against Defendants Cheil Industries, Inc. (“Cheil”), a Korean corporation, and Samsung Chemical (USA), Inc. (“Samsung”), one of its California subsidiaries (collectively, “Cheil/Samsung” 1 ).
