Plaintiffs in this consolidated matter move to certify a class action against Defendant Citibank, N.A. on behalf of current and former personal bankers for unpaid overtime in violation of the New York Labor Law (the “NYLL”), the Illinois Minimum Wage Law, and the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act Revision Act. Defendant Citibank moves to decertify a collective action previously certified under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (the “FLSA”).
