C3WAIN, Inc. and Moothedath Rama-chandran, Jr. (“Mr. Ramachandran,” and collectively, “Franchisees”) appeal from the District Court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Dunkin’ Donuts *781Franchising LLC, Dunkin’ Donuts Franchised Restaurants LLC, DD IP Holder LLC, Baskin-Robbins Franchising LLC, and BR IP Holder LLC (collectively, “Dunkin’ ”).
