MEMORANDUM OPINION

The statute of limitations applicable to suits brought under the so-called “terrorism exception” of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1605A, is generous to plaintiffs. Indeed, just yesterday this Court concluded that a suit arising from the 1998 bombings of the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania was timely even though not filed until 2012. Owens v.
