Pending before the Court is Defendant Vicinay Cadenas S.A.’s Motion to Stay Pending Arbitration Under Section 3 of the FAA, Defendant Vicinay Cadenas S.A.’s Motion for a Stay of Discovery and *688Other Obligations Pending Resolution of Its Motion to Stay Pending Arbitration, and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint. After considering the motions, submissions, and applicable law, the Court finds that Defendant’s motions should be denied and Plaintiffs’ motion should be granted.
