The defendant, Rizzo Construction Pool Company, doing business as Rizzo Pool, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Mattie & O’Brien Contracting Company, Inc., rendered after a hearing by an attorney fact finder, in accordance with the recommendations of the attorney fact finder.
