In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendants appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Rosenblatt, J.), entered February 18, 1983, which denied their motion, inter alia, to vacate a default judgment entered against them, and (2) as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, entered April 15, 1983, as upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
