Plaintiff Margaret S. Hall (“Hall”), a public school teacher, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that her former employer, Defendant Marion School District No. 2 (“district”), violated her constitutional rights. Specifically, Hall contends that she was involuntarily transferred and subsequently discharged by the district for exercising her right of free speech.
