After a jury trial, the defendant, John Smith, was convicted of the crimes of burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-103 and criminal impersonation in violation of General Statutes § 53a-130. Each charge was based on a separate information. The defendant now brings a combined appeal from the judgments, claiming the trial court *215erred: (1) in its instructions to the jury on the burglary charge; and (2) in its denial of the defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal of criminal impersonation because of insufficient evidence.1 We find no error in the trial court’s…
