PRICE, Judge.

This is a suit by Edrell Nelson, as administratrix, etc., claiming for the death of her husband, Columbus Nelson, under a policy of group insurance issued by the defendant. Judgment was rendered for plaintiff and defendant appeals.

The policy insured against loss of life '“as the result of bodily injury due to ex-ternal, violent and accidental means,” and further provided that the coverage should not include “any loss caused directly or indirectly, wholly or partly by: (a) Bodilor mental infirmity, ptomaines, bacterial infections (except pyogenic infections which occur…
