The petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied. No hearing on this matter is necessary. This memorandum briefly addresses petitioner’s claims.

I. Facts and Procedural History

Petitioner was arrested after allegedly selling narcotics to an undercover police officer. Evidence of petitioner’s guilt presented at trial included the testimony of the undercover officer that the undercover officer approached a man on a street corner, indicating that he was looking to buy narcotics.
