This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, 101st Judicial District of Texas, setting aside an order of the Texas Liquor Control Board cancelling the package store-permit of Mike Raspante, doing business as Raspante Liquor Store. On February 19, 1957, an administrative hearing was held by the Texas Liquor Control Board pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Liquor Control Act, upon charges that Raspante had knowingly made sales of liquor, to-wit, wine, on three separate occasions on January 17, 1957, to Wesley Leon Arterberry, a person…
