BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by special court-martial, judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, he was convicted of the following offenses: two specifications of attempted larceny of merchandise in violation of Article 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C.A. §§ 880; two specifications of larceny of merchandise, and two specifications of larceny of credit cards in violation of Article 121, UCMJ; and two specifications of theft of mail matter in violation of Article 134, UCMJ.
