after stating the case, delivered ’ the opinion of the court.; The judgment of the Canadian court is, beyond all doubt, sufficient to support this action, unless it is successfully impeaohed. Testing the answer in this case by the rules laid down in Hilton v. Guyot, just decided, no adequate ground for impeaching that judgment is shown.
