Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed, in accordance with the following memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of two counts each of manslaughter in the first degree, murder in the second degree (felony murder), attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and one count of robbery in the first degree, arising out of the stabbing deaths of the owners of the People’s Clothing Store in Buffalo, and the wounding of an employee and a customer.
