The Faculty Association of the Community College of the Finger Lakes appeals from an order which, *190upon the petition of the County of Ontario, partially vacated an arbitral award. The award directed the county to install the grievant, Marinus Lockemeyer, in the position of director of physical plant and security for a one-year term beginning September 1, 1975, at a salary of $15,430, in accordance with a letter of agreement signed by Lockemeyer on July 25, 1975.1 Special Term vacated the award to the extent that it required Lockemeyer to be installed in the position and to be paid the…
