In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Donoghue, J.), dated November 18, 2004, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

*517Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.

The infant plaintiff allegedly was injured when he slipped and fell on a wet tile floor in the boys’ bathroom at his school. The plaintiffs commenced this action to recover damages, inter alia, based on the defendants’ alleged negligence…
