*1327Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Frederick J. Marshall, J.), entered September 6, 2005. The judgment, entered upon a jury verdict, awarded plaintiff the sum of $47,837.64 against defendant Security Mutual Insurance Company.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
