MEMORANDUM OPINION
(April 25, 2016)
THIS MATTER comes before the Court following briefing requested in advance of jury selection and trial. On November 10, 2015, the Court heard argument on all dispositive motions and ruled from the bench on certain non-dispositive motions. The Court also scheduled jury selection and trial to commence on June 20, 2016.
