ROGERS, J.

Appellees move to dismiss the appeal on the following grounds;(1) That the Court of Appeals has passed on this case twice.(2) That this court is without jurisdiction, the real strip of land in controversy is the difference between the so-called Garahy survey and the survey of Tycer, parish surveyor, and that this strip is worth less than $2,000.(3) That the joining of other parties to the suit was an insidious attempt to give this court jurisdiction, and, at the same time, an effort to try to avoid the plea of res judicata.(4) That the real issue is over the…
