MERRITT, Chief Judge.
Defendant Michael Crowell appeals his conviction by guilty plea and sentence for possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine, and for conspiracy. He challenges the district court’s grant of the government s motion to withdraw from a plea agreement, the district court’s finding that defendant is a “career offender” under the Sentencing Guidelines, U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1, and the district court’s refusal to reduce his offense level for acceptance of responsibility, U.S.S.G. § 3E1.1. We vacate the judgment and sentence and remand the case to the district court…
