We are asked to determine if appellants must comply with civil investigative demands issued by the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. The Attorney General is requesting information on the proposed sale and relocation of the Minnesota Twins baseball franchise to North Carolina and a potential boycott of Minnesota by Major League Baseball 1 in violation of state antitrust laws.
