Introduction

The Plaintiff, Hunter Adrian Marner, a minor, through his mother and next friend, Wanda Marie Marner, (hereinafter referred to, as referred in the caption of the Complaint, as “Plaintiffs”) filed a Complaint in this case on June 22, 2001. The Plaintiffs bring claims for deprivation of procedural due process, deprivation of substantive due process, and violation of his right to freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Plaintiffs seek declaratory relief, an injunction, and attorneys’ fees and costs.
