This case, which is one to enforce a material-man’s lien, was before this court upon certain reserved questions which were certified up in connection with a demurrer to the complaint which was then pending in the circuit court. 22 Haw. 765. After that, the demurrer having been overruled, an answer was filed by the defendants Rosenbledt and Harrison. The Honolulu Skating Rink, Limited, defaulted, and Wong Wong confessed judgment in open court.
