One of the original defendants was dropped in each of these three cases leaving Manuel G. Davis the sole defendant.
All of the cases rest upon the same essential facts and were tried together, judgment in each case being for the plaintiff, and the defendant appealed. It was agreed by counsel and ordered by the trial court that a single record be made for all the appeals. We accordingly consider the case of Morris Morosini v. Manuel G.
