This is a direct appeal by the defendant, Robert Synoracki, from his conviction of attempted first-degree murder.
The defendant raises many issues that center around two areas. The first area concerns a written statement of a State witness that was introduced into evidence after the defense rested and that was allowed into the jury room during deliberations.
