Mills v. CAROLINA CEMETERY PARK CORPORATION

Plaintiff instituted this action on behalf of himself and other owners of burial lots in Carolina Memorial Park against Carolina Cemetery Park Corporation and Gamaliel Coats Smith Hugenschmidt.
