OPINION
WILLIAM H. GINDIN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the application of various parties in interest seeking confirmation of their respective plans of reorganization of the debtor company. All of the plans propose to pay stockholders 100 percent plus interest. The debtor has presented no plan for confirmation. 1
