BUFFINGTON, Circuit Judge.
This is a petition to review in bankruptcy. In the court- below the Diamond Distilleries Company filed a petition to reclaim from John R. Halsey, trustee of David Ungerleider, bankrupt, 10 barrels of whisky which it alleged the bankrupt had fraudulently obtained, from the petitioner. A special master to whom the petition was referred reported against the petitioner; but the court, in an opinion herewith reported, reversed the -master, granted the prayer of the petition, and ordered the trustee to return the whisky.
