Pro se plaintiffs Nordahl Development Corp. and Steven R. Olson ask the court to vacate an arbitration decision. Defendants Salomon Smith Barney (“SSB”) and Southwest Securities (“Southwest”) contend plaintiffs have failed to plead sufficient allegations to support an order vacating the arbitration decision. Before the court are three motions: plaintiffs’ amended motion to vacate an arbitration award, Southwest’s motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, and SSB’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim.
