I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, Minnetonka, Inc. (Minnetonka), brought this action for damages, declaratory and injunctive relief, against defendant, Sani-Fresh International, Inc. (Sani-Fresh), alleging violations of the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Minnesota Antitrust Law as well as deceptive trade practices. Jurisdiction is alleged under 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, and 28 U.S.C. § 1337.
