ORDER
EAGAN, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court sua sponte pursuant to defendant’s Notice of Removal filed June 30, 2003. Defendant Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) removed this case based upon diversity jurisdiction as set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). Ford is a Delaware corporation with its principle place of business in Michigan. Plaintiffs are residents of Oklahoma.
